I just shared the following information with my R+F team, and just had to post it here…
I spent about 3 hours today with some of our business partners here in Nashville and MAN do I have news for you!!!! If you aren’t serious about this business yet, you’d better be after you read this!!! Ladies and Gentlemen…we are sitting on a GOLD MINE!!!! Here’s what I know as of today:
1. Lori Bush is the company President – came from NuSkin…former leader in that company
2. Charlene Knox – Interim VP – also came from NuSkin…as well as Avon
3. This is the big one…BOB HENRY – former CEO of ARBONNE!!!!! He has just been hired by the doctors as an advisory for R+F! He has turned around several network marketing companies over the years, including Amway, Avon, Maritec and most recently Arbonne! When he joined Arbonne in 2004, there were 200,000 consultants in that company (after 24 years of existence). In less than 3 years, Bob Henry more than QUADRUPALED the companies volume and grew the company to more than 1.3 MILLION consultants! And now he is OURS!!! This is what he does…and can you just imagine what he’s going to do for Rodan+Fields?????
4. We have the upper hand here, people….18 year reputation of the doctors who created Proactiv…established brand…products that work…and we’re FIRST!!! No other network company has EVER had this combination from the get-go!
What does all this mean? Here’s what it means: from this day forward, you change the focus of your business! FORGET selling product!!!! SELL THE BUSINESS!!!! Do you want to build wealth in this business? I know I do! Well, the way it’s going to happen is by RECRUITING CONSULTANTS…first and foremost! The products stand on their own with or without us. Our job is to create points of distribution…then the products will NATURALLY SELL. What a concept!!!! Take McDonalds…the guy who created McDonalds. He could care less about selling burgers. He created it to sell FRANCHISES. And guess what? People started buying burgers…and fries…and ice cream cones!!! They’re EVERYWHERE. And that is what we must accomplish with our business…and FAST!
Our leaders are projecting that in 90-120 days our company will grow from 2,000 consultants to 50,000 consultants!!!! Can you get your head wrapped around that???? WOW!!! I don’t want to be left in the dust, and I’m sure you don’t want to be either!
